SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically are sent out in 5-8 business days especially during the first week of a shop update. If there isn't a high number of orders, they will be sent out in 3-5 business days. Since I pack and ship out orders entirely myself, please be patient as I fulfill the orders!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR KUWAIT AND GCC ORDERS
PLEASE ALLOW 4-6+ WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Usually your order will arrive in 1-2 weeks for GCC orders and 4-6+ weeks for international, but Kuwait Postal Service and other shipping companies have been seeing delays in deliveries because of Covid-19. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number to iamfumi@outlook.com and I will see what I can do!
I'VE PLACE ORDERED, BUT THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER?
To make shipping more affordable, orders with only sticker and prints purchases are sent out with a stamp & envelope which means there is no tracking. Please allow 1-2 weeks for GCC orders and 4-6+ weeks for international orders.
MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED/MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?
Unfortunately shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages as I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you! If your package is missing, please check your local Postal Service or ask your neighbors/apartment complex. If there is still an issue, email me your order number and we can work something out!
I DON'T SEE ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED/THERE IS EXTRA GOODIES IN MY ORDER
If you are missing a part of your order, please email me and I will send it out to you! Since I am packing and work everything all by myself, there is a very small but rare chance that I will make a mistake. If you received something extra that you didn't order... Happy early Birthday!

I will have to check with my Kuwait Postal Service first then other shipping company if they do I tell you immediately.

VAT TAXES/CUSTOM FEES

Please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. I will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you don't want to pay the tax, your order will be returned back to me.
CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

PRODUCTS/ PACKAGING
CAN I RECYCLE YOUR PACKAGING?
I try my very best to purchase packaging that can be reused or recycled in near future! I use plastic bags since that what I can afford in my country to pack everything else.
WHY DO SOME PRODUCTS HAVE 'B-GRADE', 'C-GRADE', ETC.?
Often when you manufacture a product, some come back with flaws whether it's from a mistake or from shipping damages. These products still work fine and would be a shame to see them thrown away so I sell them at a discounted price. The order of the grades go from A, B, to C.
WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING THIS PRODUCT?
I get a lot of messages asking if I restock certain products and the answer is sometimes! Since manufacturing takes up to a couple of months sometimes, or there weren't that big attention on it I typically like to create new products instead of restocking old ones. So... snag the things you want fast just in case I don't!
PREORDERS
WHAT IS A PREORDER?
A preorder is an order that is sold before the item is available. It's also a good way to see how many people want them to gauge how many to order!
WHEN WILL I GET MY PREORDERS?
The items will take a few months to manufacture and get to me! The estimated time on each preorder does not include sorting, packing, and shipping time. Please expect to wait 2-3 months to receive your items.
DOES MY PREORDER SHIP WITH MY NON-PREORDER ITEMS?
Shipping will be stacked if you also purchase non-preorder items from my shop so that I can get non-preorder items shipped out earlier.
WILL PRICES INCREASE AFTER PREORDERS?
Preorders items have a $5 discount. Once preorders are over, the regular price will be higher.
ARE THE PHOTOS ACCURATE TO WHAT I'LL GET?
The product photos are taken from a close to final sample. The final product will have a few differences, but is very close to the sample.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PREORDERS?
Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer cancellations of preorders, so please be sure of this commitment before making it! If you're unsure if you can wait three months, you also have the option to purchase it again when I have the actual products.
